The Chicago Wilderness Green Infrastructure Vision (GIV) is intended to identify conservation and restoration opportunities within a connected regional network of land and water. It is often referred to as a visual interpretation of the Biodiversity Recovery Plan. In partnership with Chicago Wilderness members, CMAP has developed mapping tools and policy analysis to better understand green infrastructure at the regional scale.
